Insect Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

Our goal is to get insects to customers that are alive on arrival every single time! We understand that sometimes because of extreme temperatures, handling mishaps, or shipping mistakes that just doesn't happen. For the times when your live items don't quite make it, we have a generous 3-Day Life Insurance Policy on all live insects! We employ top of the line shipping supplies and procedures, and guarantee that your insects will arrive alive under any weather conditions. Josh's Frogs offers a live arrival guarantee on all live insects when shipped with a next day or two day service, in any weather.
Claims on Insect Orders: If your insects arrive dead or in poor condition, please reach out to our customer service team promptly. We ask that, if possible, you reach out within 72 hours of delivery. Please hang on to your insects as our customer service team may ask that you send pictures of your invoice/packing slip and insects to support@tylerrugge.com. Generally, this only applies to customers with recent other refunded or reshipped orders, or if the value of the claim exceeds $150.

Plants Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

Josh's Frogs cares about the wellbeing of your plants, which is why we reserve the right to hold plant shipments if we believe temperatures during shipment will cause damage to the plants. Orders will be shipped when the weather becomes more favorable. Josh's Frogs offers a live arrival guarantee on all live plants when shipped with a next day or two day service, in any weather.

We ask that, if possible, you reach out within 72 hours of delivery. Please hang on to your plants as our customer service team may ask that you send pictures of your invoice/packing slip and plants to support@tylerrugge.com.
